We value your privacy and only collect personal data needed for the app to function. Here we describe what we process, why, for how long, and your rights.

We collect the following types of data:

• Account and identity data: email address, authentication (handled by Firebase Authentication), technical identifiers linked to your account.
• App data you choose to save: settings and preferences, cycle-related data (e.g. dates/markers/notes), other data you enter.
• Technical data (if activated): diagnostics and crash/fault reports, limited logs on functionality and performance.

We process your data to:

• create and manage your account and enable login,
• store and sync your app data across devices,
• provide app functionality (e.g. timing and guidance based on saved data),
• maintain security, prevent misuse, and troubleshoot issues,
• meet legal obligations.

• Contract: to deliver the service you request, such as account and app functions.
• Legitimate interest: security, issue handling, and improvements.
• Legal obligation: where applicable.

If more sensitive functions are introduced (e.g. detailed health data, sharing, partners), a legal review will be done before activation.

We do not sell personal data. We only share data when required to deliver the service, with:

• Google Firebase (hosting authentication and database).
• Other providers only if required for a feature and then listed in an updated policy.

Data is stored in Google Firebase (Authentication and Firestore). We apply reasonable technical and organizational security measures, such as access controls and encryption in transit.

We keep your data while you have an account or as long as needed to provide the service. You can delete the account at any time in the app. After deletion, data is removed or anonymized within a reasonable time unless law requires longer retention.

You have the right to:

• request access to your data,
• request correction,
• request deletion,
• object to certain processing,
• request restriction,
• request data portability (where applicable),
• lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The service is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data about children. Contact us if you believe a child has registered.

Data is stored in data centers that may be outside the EU/EEA via Firebase. We ensure appropriate safeguards according to applicable law.

We may update the policy. The latest version is always available via the link in the app. For material changes, we will inform you appropriately.
