  Code Red uses established cycle phase patterns to provide guidance. The more you use the app and provide feedback, the more personalized the insights become. Remember, every person's cycle is unique.

• Is my data private?

  Yes. We take privacy seriously. Your data is stored securely and we never sell or share your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

• Can I use Code Red without creating an account?

  Currently, an account is required to sync your data across devices and provide personalized insights. We use minimal data collection and prioritize your privacy.

• How do I change notification settings?

  Go to Settings in the app and tap on "Notifications". From there you can customize when and how often you receive reminders and daily updates.

• How do I delete my account?

  If you want to delete your account and all associated data:

  1. Open the Code Red app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Scroll down and tap Delete Account
  4. Confirm the deletion

  This will permanently delete your account and all data. This action cannot be undone. If you're unable to access the app, contact us and a request to delete your account.
